A Sale & lease Back is usually an arrangement where the client sells its fleet of vehicles to MASCO and MASCO leases the same vehicles back to the client.
In this arrangement once MASCO leases the vehicle it will then become an operating lease for the client and the client loses all ownership. This arrangement allows the initial buyer to make full use of the fleet of vehicles while not having any capital tied up in the asset.
In this kind of Lease, the prices are pre-agreed for the purchase as well as the lease payments per month. These leases are usually for shorter periods. This arrangement is only available for businesses.
